Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days - after receiving your item - to request a return.
Send the completed return form together with the invoice with the shipment. We cannot process the return request if this form is not completed in full. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The product must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that they have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Request your return form via our customer service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Our products are inspected for quality several times before they are packaged, so in the rare case that the product arrives damaged due to shipping handlers, please reach out to us and we will rectify the matter. Exchanges/refunds are subject to a thorough inspection upon.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
As soon as the product has been received, the product will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before
your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received a refund, please
contact our customer service.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Requirements
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, panties, and care products do not fall under the return policy of Web3ee regarding hygiene. These products can therefore not be returned and will not be considered.
- Provide the return with a track and trace code (own costs)
- Email a photo of the track and trace code on the day of shipment
- The return form must be printed in the package
- The product must be sent in unused condition
- The product must be delivered in its original packaging
- The product is checked for damage caused by the customer inflicted, sending a damaged product through your own actions will then be also not taken into consideration
